OK I checked this and yes you have packet losses, but unfortunately snapshot 
is too small to understand if SACKS are wrong or not.

(The [|tcp] hides the information we want :) )

Could you redo one binary trace , adding the '-s 1600' option to tcpdump so 
that captured frames are complete, and not truncated ?

You could do another test, but disabling tcp_sack :
# echo 0 >/proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_sack
