2.6.19/2.6.20 nvidia MCP55 eth constant hangs on local net transfer

	Hi.

 Hardware ASUS M2N32 Pro, AMD X2 4200, 2Gb RAM, compiled gcc 3.4.6, 
binutils 2.17.50.0.9. 'ifconfig down;ifconfig up' sequence can restore 
working ethernet state, till to next hang. Hang 100% reproducable after 
several seconds ftp local net transfer. 2.6.20 config attached. Can supply 
any additional info.
