source IP addr spoofing in 2.6.x kernels

Hi All,

I've got a simulation environment in which I need to
spoof source IP addresses. Basically, these "spoofed"
addresses are virtual inside the simulator. I use raw
sockets to build the packet and send them out on the
wire. This worked fine in 2.4.x kernels (had to set
rp_filter to 0 for the spoofed interface). In the
2.6.15 kernel (FC5-just installed), I get "Problem
binding source address" error from init_socket. Ideas?

 TIA
 Scott
