Hi,
What should be the behaviour of "ethtool -t <ethX>" after the "<ethX>"
has been "ifdown" -ed ? Should the tests still pass ? or Should it fail ?
The Tg3 driver makes the test failing if the device is not running. So,
was wondering if this is an expected behaviour or not ?
