It is a hodge podge of patches, many have been rejected or are being
addressed by different techniques by the mainline
kernel developers. All of the important network fixes have already been
done in other ways in current 2.6.

It seems the grsecurity developers just want to aggregate a bunch of
fixes and security masking stuff and throw their brand name on it. If there
is something useful, then you or the developers need to extract it
and submit it to the appropriate kernel list to get it included.
