TOS/DSCP field

Hello,

I'm trying to use the java.net API for setting the TOS/DSCP field for the
socket which works. But when I'm sniffing the headers of the outgoing
packets they are cleared. What configuration do I need for the kernel
to allow DSCP/TOS settings for user applications?

Thanks for your help!

Regards,
Levente
