Network Stack Compliance

I would like to know if anyone has tested the compliance of the IP, TCP, UDP, and DHCP protocols implemented in the 2.4.x (specifically 2.4.20) kernel against the associated RFCs. I have a customer who is pretty adamantly wanting to have this information to be reassured about using these in their product.

If someone could point me in the right direction to find information on someone who has done this or at least some information about how compliance is/was tested during development I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,
Phil
