The enable_wol-enables-power-management thing is lame, and it was always
intended that we enable PM unconditionally "when 2.5 opens up".

So I did that - basically the equivalent to Nathan's patch.

Got a bunch of mysterious bug reports and backed it out again.  This was
over a year ago.

We can try it again, and wait for the bug reports to reoccur, and try to
fix them for real I guess.

I'll stick Nathan's patch into -mm and see who howls again.
