ARP Spoofing protection (again)

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi all,

I already posted a question about arp spoofing protection with current linux kernels:
Seems a bit like there really is no current "official" version of the old antidote-patch :-(
(or at least I do not know about it ..... again, please tell me if there is)
But as some people asked me for a copy of my "handmade" 2.6-port, I thought it
would be a good idea to make it available to everyone who is interested:

For a reworked 2.4-version:
http://burbon04.gmxhome.de/linux/files/antidote2-2.4.26.diff.gz

For my 2.6-version: (has to be enabled in kernel config)
http://burbon04.gmxhome.de/linux/files/arp_protect_v1-2.6.7.diff.gz

It is all based on the work done by a person called "buggzy": (http://seclists.org/lists/bugtraq/2002/Nov/0206.html)

... use at your own risk !! no warranty ...
but: feedback is always welcome ;-)

cheers,

Maximilian
