Sorry for my laziness.

Well, Ville and I (and other HUT and USAGI guys) discusses on 
source ip address selection and policy routing.

These features will be used for mobility (mobile ipv6), but
It is just an example usage of them.

Ville wrote a code. I am trying exracting it from mip6 code, 
and after that, I am going to check if it works, and 
change coding style (if any).

So,... please be patience for a while...
