Dear users,
I desperately look for answer to question: "what happens that my linux box (router) says: Too much work at interrupt, InstrStatus=0x0040" Linux is 2.4.24, RH9, interface is RTL8139 (driver 8139too.c). Iptables is off. There is htb running on both interfaces eth0 and eth1.
Does 2.6.5-rc2 work for you?
