I am primarily looking to use BSDs isakmpd.  I have also experimented
with racoon, and manually setting the policies.  

Here are my two previous posts.  Aside from continuing experimentation
and testing, nothing has changed from them:

I am pretty open to anything.  I have tried tunnel mode and uh. the
non-tunnel mode (which name suddenly escapes me).  I have tried 2.6.2
and 2.6.3.  I am also using shorewall, however for testing I have
cleared the firewall, and even removed the modules.
