[2.6 patch] remove unused drivers/net/wan/lmc/lmc_ver.h

In 2.6, drivers/net/wan/lmc/lmc_ver.h (a header with compatibility 
#define's for kernel 2.0 and 2.2) is no longer #include'd by any file.

The patch below removes this file.
