Hi Ville,

Thanks, with your latest ip6_tunnel.c everything is working fine.

of course I found a new topic where problems could be:
radvd can send packets on unicast tunnels, too.
so auto configuration should be possible even via the tunnel?

with tcpdump on the sending side I can see:
14:41:57.875956 fe80::209:5bff:fe2f:ea7e > ff02::16: HBH (rtalert:
0x0000) (padn)icmp6: type-#206 [hlim 1] (len 36)
14:41:58.884853 fe80::209:5bff:fe2f:ea7e > ff02::16: HBH (rtalert:
0x0000) (padn)icmp6: type-#206 [hlim 1] (len 36)
14:42:10.705953 fe80::209:5bff:fe2f:ea7e > ff02::16: HBH (rtalert:
0x0000) (padn)icmp6: type-#206 [hlim 1] (len 36)
14:42:11.717831 fe80::209:5bff:fe2f:ea7e > ff02::16: HBH (rtalert:
0x0000) (padn)icmp6: type-#206 [hlim 1] (len 36)

but I'm not receiving anything. It could be a problem with ipv4,
ipsec, radvd software or anything like that, I'm trying to build
a pure v6 setup, so I can test properly.

btw: I saw one kernel panic with ip6 tunnel and xfrm in the
call trace (but I don't have a copy and it was incomplete anyway),
so there could be some proplem left. But could be in xfrm.

Andreas
