Well just received that on 2.4.21-pre6mz [I know I should upgrade, I just haven't succeeded in compiling in the patches I require into 2.4.23] this is a Pentium 100, 40 MB ram, routing through 3 ethernet devices, with iptables firewall and HTB speed delimiting (I've seen the bug at least thrice now in a matter of minutes). It's dealing with a constant more or less 2-5 mbit/s traffic flow (radio link on one ethernet device) which uses around 15-30% of the CPU. With somewhere like 250 HTBs (script generated) and a 40kb /etc/sysconfig/iptables. So the system is most definitely severely stressed. However no memory/processor issues reported to date so this was most likely HTB internal bug caused and not hardware. [the htb's have bfifo's hanging of every single one of them] Is this known and fixed in 2.4.24? Is it dangerous?
