i have installed linux 9 but i confront some problems.... let i describe what i have done ....
1) made 2 partitions, 3 GB of each
2) install windows
3) in linux make one root partition(/boot) of 80 MB, one swap partition of 256 or 280 MB , and allocated all free space to root partition (/).
4)made /boot and root (/) partitions primary ..and
use force LBA 32 mode....
i made swap , the reason is that installation was veryyyy slow without it....
so then i install linux workstation according to my preferences ....and it installed successfully...
now when i start computer Grub boot loader shows 2 options 1) MS winows 2) Linux
on selecting windows, it is working fine on selecting linux ...he loads configurations of the system and after some strucks at the following lines
EXT3-fs:mounted filesystem with ordered data mode freeing unsued kernel memory: 132K freed
no proceedings next fron this step.....
i have try lots of diferent choices but all in vain...
can u give me any suggestions...
regards
