To cancel ANY recurring fee, you should first access the following URL:

Only as an absolute last resort should you e-mail CCBill requesting a
subscription cancellation. Requests processed at the above URL are posted
to our database IMMEDIATELY, while e-mail requests can only be processed
when a CCBill representative recieves it.

Depending on the amount of e-mail requests we happen to be processing at
the time, our delay in getting to your request may be up to 48 hours. This
delay WILL cause your account to be re-billed if your e-mail is not
processed before the aniversary date on the subscription.

All cancellation requests e-mailed to CCBill MUST include the following:

 - The correct username and password.

 - The complete subscription ID number.

 - The URL from which you purchased the service.

 - The method used to purchace the subscription.

Due to the large volume of e-mail CCBill processes daily, we have a number
of support staff on hand to personally respond to each request. Depending
on the issues presented in your ticket, and for the best possible service,
more than one support agent may be involved in processing your request(s).
