[2.6] DE2104X help text is bogus

The help text for DE2104X in tulip/Kconfig (current 2.6 CVS) is an exact
copy of the help text for TULIP. It even claims the module will be called
tulip.

Heh, and while you're at it, the "Generic DECchip" option is now "below",
not "above".

I would have sent a patch but I know just enough about tulip to say that
what is there right now can't all be true.
