no more mtrr's available

Hi!!

I am gettig  messages no more mtrr avaiable....

and my /proc/mtrr have following output

reg00: base=0x3ff00000 (1023MB), size=   1MB: uncachable, count=1
reg01: base=0x00000000 (   0MB), size=1024MB: write-back, count=1

Can any one tell me what does that mean ?? 
And this is system is loosing some packets..due to receive overruns.(while
running click) .and i am sure its not because of pci or NIC . Can that problem
be somewhere related to this..

I am running kernel version 2.4.18 on Pentium 4  2.53 Ghz
