Rx missed errors with e1000

Hi!!

I have a pentium 4, 2.53 Ghz system , with PCI Bus 32 bit , 33 Ghz.

I have one Gigabit Adaptor from Intel PRo 1000 T desktop, 82544.
Device driver is intel 4.3.15.

I am getting Rx missed errors and rx FIFO errors in PRO_LAN_Adapyers statistics.

I tried increasing Rxdescriptors, it does not help..

Can anyone help why i am getting his error ??

PCI Bus is shared by one other Adaptor
