This is quite sad, but Linux/PPC doesn't support MCA, and thus have no asm/mca.h.
This patch allows 3c509 (ISA version) to build on PPC (and all other MCA deprived platforms ;-).
Although I see the problem the patch is rather ugly. IMHO we should fix linux/mca.h to not require asm/mca.h for !CONFIG_MCA instead.
