Not even a bit, when speaking about resolution.

What's about self-consistency, it does not make sense even to speak about
"easyness". It is just impossible.

Listen, do you really believe that KM is allowed not to care
of validity of recursive policies? :-)

You are kidding, _much_ simpler work on maintaining plain IP routing
self-consistent is the thing which all the routing protocols are about.
Allowing recursion requires organization of some hierarchies, all this
depends on particular protocol or administrative preferences.

Pre-resolution is just the only known universal approach. And "complexity"
is not added to KM, it must be present there in either case. It is the only
job which it is responsible for.
