Hi, When I was monitoring TCP congestion window size on a FreeBSD machine, I always found TCP cuts the window size to 1 by TCP quence message although there is no packet missing(from tcpdump trace). My configuration is two machine on the same Lan but the BSD machine with dummyNet restrict it BW, I am so anoyed by this quench thing... Can anybody kindly give some suggestion on what it is and how the cause of it.
