how to compare Tx and Rx frames?

Hello,

I need to compare outgoing 802.11 frames from one computer with the
received 802.11 frames at another computer. I guess I should log frames
at both computers and then compare. Which tool would you suggest, tcpdump?

Will tcpdump get rejected frames (e.g. for not passing FCS checks)?

And what about missed frames at the receiver: do I have to resynchronize
with the transmitter by hand in orther to compare, or there is some tool
for doing this more easily?
