How to compile a network driver into the kernel

Hi,

A bit embarrassing. It's almost the time for me to put a functional net driver into the kernel to see how it works. Now comes this problem.

The driver is developed as a module all the time. I know it can be easily compiled into the kernel image. But how? I did have this information somewhere, but really can not find it now. Please some tell me how to do it or point me to somewhere?

I have Linux Device Driver book.

Thanks,

David
