Well it's supposed to be a 128bit address, meaning
xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx.

Are you sure you didn't forget a : somewhere as in
3ffe::202:b3ff:febb::bc2f ?
