Are these Rx FIFO or Rx Missed errors? These errors
occur due to insufficient PCI bandwidth or lower size
of the Rx descriptors. 

Note that in case of 82546, both the NICs shared the
same PCI bus. Whats the PCI speed/width and how many
devices are using the same bus?

Did u try using a PCIX motherboard.
