The NAPI version of the e1000 driver is in 2.5 kernels and works quite
well. A backport of that code to 2.4.20 can be found at:

	http://havoc.gtf.org/lunz/linux/net/

There is no napi version of the e100 driver that I know of. However, in
my testing that driver does not perform as well as the eepro100 driver
anyway. There _is_ a NAPI patch for eepro100, but I have not tested it.
