Dear everyone:

I'm sorry to my mistake.
I sent wrong result in my mail. I send the correct result.

This result show following.

Linux-2.4.19 vanila
               This  generate random positive increments class(RI) ISN.
Linux-2.4.19 applied this patch
               This  generate true random class(TR) ISN. 

This result show Linux kernel come to be able to generate 
True Random class TCP ISN with the patch.
