I have a doubt about  Linux TCP implementation.  In particular I refer
to Fast Retransmit implementation.  Infact, if I understood well, this
implementation is different from  what stated in RFC2581. Probably I'm
missing something  but if  someone could give  me some  references for
better comprehension it would be higly appreciated.
