Network problem with a D-Link DFE-530TX controller

Several hours after booting my computer the kernel report:
Sep 8 12:21:47 localhost kernel: eth0: reset did not complete in 10 ms.
Sep 8 12:28:11 localhost kernel: NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth0: transmit timed out
Sep 8 12:28:11 localhost kernel: eth0: Transmit timed out, status 0000, PHY
status 782d, resetting...
Sep 8 12:28:11 localhost kernel: eth0: reset did not complete in 10 ms.

And my network goes down.

I try '/etc/init.d/networking restart' and the script fails to bring up
eth0. My eth controller is still in /proc/pci but it disappear from
ifconfig.

My controller is a D-Link DFE-530TX, and I just want to know if anybody
already had this kind of problem with this device.
Is it a problem related to a controller malfunction or to a bug in the
system (driver, ...) ?
My network work very well with a Realteck 8029 on exactely the same system
with the same config.

Thanks.

Xavier
