I was wondering, are there plans to add support for Broadcom 5704
based NICs to tg3 driver ? We currently evaluating a platform with
4 such NICs and have to use bcm5700 driver. I'd prefer to use tg3.

If you know the PCI ids, it should be enough just to add
those PCI ids to the tg3 driver.

If you can send me the bcm5700 driver you are using which
supports the 5704 I can make sure tg3 supports the chip
properly. Since the bcm5700 sources are gpl you should
have no problem sending them to me.

Thanks.
