It appears to be the case, on 2.4.16, that when IPv6 routes are added
to the kernel, with a protocol, the protocol is lost.  It also appears
to be the case that messages the kernel sends in response to requests
via netlink (related to IPv6 routes, again) sometimes don't include the
correct PID.  Are these known issues?
