Linux IPv6 Bug

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi,

I work for a routing software company and we just recently
started doing various testing on Linux 2.4.16-4GB boxes.

I just discovered that after an interface is downed on a
Linux 2.4.16-4GB box and then brought back up, the
site-local address of the interface gets tossed - meaning
that there are only the IPv4 address and the IPv6 link-local
address present on the interface.

I am not subscribed to the list but was pointed to it by
our developers as the right place to submit this kind of bug.

Any response would be greatly appreciated.
