I've added the two following lines to my sources.list that has
which contains the ipv6 utils.

Not sure if it's an authoriative source or not though sorry.

deb http://www14.u-page.so-net.ne.jp/db3/h-yamamo/ipv6/debian potato/
deb http://people.debian.org/~kitame/ipv6 ipv6 unstable
