I went over the traffic from what I've captured, and everything
looks normal to me.  It's all simple TCP connections during the
timeframe of those messages.

I also get those bogus "neighbor sol" packets which I shouldn't
get, but never when I get that error.  I mailed about those
packets before, they have a non-255 hop limit.  For some reason I
don't get those errors in the log anymore though.

I'll look into it a little more later.
