Problems with Root-NFS Mount not finding NFS Server

I am doing up a Thin Client Install, and am having a little problem with
gettting the kernel to look for it's NFS Server correctly. As I am up
to my eye-balls, I thought I would take a short cut and ask for help
this time...

I am using the Etherboot package to grab a tftpboot'ed image, and it was
altered by mknbi, with no ip= options.. I want it to get the nfs server
information from the dhcp server.

1) The Etherboot correctly performs a DHCP lookup
2) It then correctly pulls down the kernel image.
3) The kernel boots, and I get "Root-NFS: No NFS server available,
giving up"

The kernel is correctly configured with NFS, NFS on Root, Kernel
AutoConfiguration (DHCP), but I do not receive a DHCP request asking for
the NFS Root Server in my DHCP logs. Kernel Version 2.4.9

Any ideas?
