Yes, it does support Frame Relay in Linux, and also PPP, Cisco HDLC and
Raw HDLC. This protocol support is provided by Krzysztof Halasa's HDLC
layer (check http://hq.pm.waw.pl/hdlc/ for more details). The HDLC layer
and the PC300 driver have been in the official 2.2.x src tree for some
time now, and they'll (hopefully) be included in the official 2.4.x src
tree soon.
