Just adding one more product to your list:

Cyclades-PC300, PCI 1x or 2x sync, models for X.21, V.35 and T1/E1

Since I'm the driver author for this card, it's not very nice to give
opinions on whether it's the best one or not. People here, however, may be
able to contribute with their comments ... ;)
