net_bh() in 2.4 ?

Hi

I am trying to understand exactly what happens to a received packet after a
device driver creates an sk_buff and passes it to netif_rx(). In 2.2 there
was a net_bh() function which doesn't seem to be there in 2.4. Could someone
please explain what happens in 2.4, or provide some links (something like
http://kernelnewbies.org/documents/ipnetworking/linuxipnetworking.html which
was for 2.2)

Thanks
Talmon
