eth0: card reports no resources

Hi everyone,

don't know if you've already dealed with this kind of problem (I'm new
in the list) anyway ...
I've a 4 processors machine whith linux 2.2.14-5.0smp on it (RH
distribution). It has a public IP over
an ethernet card (eth0). While I'm testing the machine I have to reboot
it quite often.
Well, what I get, once over four reboot about, is this kind of problem:

eth0: card reports no RX buffers
 eth0: card reports no resources

These two strings are continously sent to the stdout of the workstation.

This problem prevent any remote access via the ethernet card and to
solve it I have to power down
the machine (manually switch it off). I'don't think this could be
related with the
"multi processor-ness" cause I've been told by a friend of mine that
this problem has occurred
on his single processor, linux equipped machine too.

Thanks in advance for any help,

Regards

Tom
