thanks for you fast reply . it seems that this HOW-TO is for kernel 2.4 and
later . how about kernel 2.2 ?!?! I heard that IP Tunneling is support from
kernel 2.0 and later .

Adv-Routing-HOWTO

It does describe IP tunneling and GRE tunneling as well.
