We have just taken the step of blocking a complete bank of Korean IP addresses because of spam, port scanning and other illicit cr*p coming through. The bank is 211.200.0.0 through to 211.200.255.255, Hanaro Telecom Korea. Can anyone advise whether or not there are any legalities involved here?
