Hello all. cbq classes can be bounded or not. In the latter case bandwidth can be borrowed from ancestors (if available). But if i want to attach a scheduler like TBF on a leaf i must specify the max rate allowed. So the bound flag is usless, and there is no way to borrow available bandwidth. is this right?
