PPP, IDSN and fixed IP#

What /etc/ppp/options does it take to make an IPS assigned fixed IP#
work? I'm using an Eicon Diva which works fine with dyn-IP on ppp0.
Based on PPP-HOWTO I thought it was something like:

-ip
local-IP:remote-IP
netmask 255.255.0.0
#ipcp-accept-local
#ipcp-accept-remote

Where local-IP is my own router and remote-IP is the ISP number.

I've inserted a new username and passwd into pap-secrets:
username ppp0 passwd

I'm in a bit of a hurry... Anyone, pls?
