I'm having difficulty sending an IP_HDRINC IP on a raw IP socket to a link broadcast address (e.g. 10.255.255.255). I'm receiving an EACCES error from sendmsg. The messages are sent with DONTROUTE set. The same code successfully sends to multicast addresses. Is this a known problem with 2.2.16, and if so is it fixed in later releases?
