I was wondering if QoS works on a 2.4.0 kernel because I have tried several sample configs from this list and some older docs and I cannot get any sort of bandwidth throttling to work at all! This of course could be compleatly due to me screwing it up because I am not quite sure how its supposed to work but... Please help!!!
