I was pretty sure that 4.1 was supported in the latest version of the
tulip driver from Scyld.  I have some 4.0 cards and some 4.1 cards, and
I think they both use the same chip, and I have one of them running
using the Scyld driver as a module--I'm just not sure if it was a 4.0 or
4.1 card.
