PPP dial-up server

Is there a way I can configure PPPd to use DHCP to assign an address (different address from the DHCP pool each time someone authenticates) instead of tying a static IP to a certain terminal tty or user?

(Like if I dial in and get 192.168.1.2 and the next time I dial-up, it gives me a different address from the pool like 192.168.1.45, etc)
