Go to:

and look at the section entitled

	X/Motif for Microsoft Windows, Macintosh, and other OSs

where you will find a list of X servers for Windows. If you don't want
to pay any money, look at MicroImages' MI/X (very basic but completely
free) and StarNet's X-Win32 (more functional, but the free version has
to be re-started every two hours).
